Worship

Weekly Services

During the summer months, through Labor Day, our services are held at 8:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.  Lemonade is served on the lawn after the 9:30 a.m. service.

Our communion service is at 8:00 a.m. Family worship and church school begin at 10:00 a.m. during the school year. Join us after the 10:00 a.m. service for a time of fellowship in Nelson Hall, located in the Parish House - the brick building across the parking lot from the meetinghouse. Both buildings are handicap accessible so all may worship and share hospitality with us.  There is no 8:00 a.m. service the Sunday after Christmas nor is church school in session.

Communion is served each Sunday at the 8:00 a.m. service and on the first Sunday of the month at the 10:00 a.m. service.

The Sacrament of Christian Baptism is usually celebrated on the last Sunday of every month.

Let it Shine

 Drumming Circle

Join us on the third Wednesday of each month for a Drumming Circle which is held in the choir room in the meetinghouse at 7:00 pm.  Bring a drum if you have one - there is a limited number of drums available for use in the circle.  Drumming circle is not held during the summer but will begin again in September.

Child Care

Child care is available for babies, toddlers and three and four year olds every Sunday during the school year. Infant care is in the lower level of the Parish House (brick building).

Church School

For older children, kindergarten through 8th grade, will begin church school each week by sitting with their parents in church at the 10:00 A.M. worship service. Following the "Thought for the Young People" they are dismissed to the church school classes in the Parish House (brick building). For more detail, see the Children's Ministries & Activities section.

The exception to this is that on the first Sunday of every month the children gather in Nelson Hall at 10:00 A.M. for chapel before proceeding to class.

Everyone is welcome!
