FCWYOUth Here’s the real deal…Please mark your calendars!
May 2nd: First Friday! 6:00-8:00pm - We’ll eat grinders and create concrete garden stones—one for your Mom for Mother’s Day and one to sell at the Heifer Project Plant Sale. You need to bring some trinkets we can drop into the cement—Shells, pennies, plastic toys, marbles.. Not your baseball jersey!
May 4: Please Lend a Hand taking orders for Flowering Plants—Proceeds will benefit Heifer Project and our trip in August.
May 5 : College Scholarship Applications are due
May 11: Mother’s Day Heifer Project Plant Sale—Please help re-pot, set up and sell donated plats.
May 30: Friday all day in Nelson Hall. Help set up for the ASP Tag Sale—make signs, organize, price—
May 31: Saturday ASP Tag Sale from 9:00-4:00 Church Campus -Sell, sell, sell! :~)
June 28: Confirmation Dessert in Nelson Hall
June 1: Confirmation Sunday in the Meetinghouse
June 8: Christian Education Sunday- We are doing Worship Picnic in Washington Park—We’ll fish and have fun!
July 9 to 12: Bike Trip to the Cape with Mr. Beecher.….Sign up ASAP! $100. Stay at the Mid-Cape Hostel—Bike, swim. play!
July 24-28: National Youth Event
July 18-27: ASP August 1: Set up and decorate for VBS
August 4-8: Vacation Bible School Youth Teaching Assistants NEEDED—VBS can’t happen without YOUth!
August 12-16: Global Village Experience at the Heifer Project’s “Overlook Farm” in Rutland MA. We NEED 12 youth to sign up for this awesome experience in cultural exchange education. Open your eyes to the world. Cost 70$
